§ 10.08.070. Refuse or garbage truck exemption.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to refuse or garbage trucks and equipment used in the collection of refuse or garbage in the areas herein designated, which are engaged in such operation pursuant to a franchise or permit issued by the county for the collection of such refuse and garbage.
