§ 11.24.040. Permit application—Contents.

Latest version.

An applicant for a permit shall state in his application:
A.

The location and extent of the work to be performed, including, if the work relates to highway lighting, plans and specifications;

B.

The materials to be used;

C.

Such other information as the commissioner may require.
