§ 13.66.070. Inspection and maintenance requirements for grease traps.

Grease traps required under this chapter must be inspected on a monthly basis and accumulated wastes must be removed as needed. A record of such inspection and of all removals must be submitted to the county engineer on a quarterly basis on a form prescribed by the county engineer.
