§ 13.75.030. Manholes.

All manholes shall be constructed of brick, cast-in-place concrete, or precast concrete sections. Manholes shall have a minimum diameter of thirty-six inches at the base. Covers shall be metallic, twenty-two inches minimum diameter, set in metal frames, and marked with the word "sewer,"
