§ 13.93.110. Maintenance and operation charges.

    A monthly or quarterly service charge shall be established by the Board of Supervisors for each residential unit. A residential unit is defined as two hundred fifty gallons of waste water per day or fraction thereof per each residence.

    B.

    Each parcel of land that has more than one residence or is devoted to commercial use shall be charged at the rate of one residential unit per two hundred fifty gallons of waste to be discharged into the North Fork sewer in accordance with the allocation schedule attached hereto. However, the district may require the owner to install flow meter for the purpose of accurately determining the number of units actually being delivered by a parcel into the North Fork sewer.
