A separate lateral shall be provided to each lot in the subdivision. Dual service installations shall be allowed only on a case to case basis by the county engineer. Service laterals shall be placed perpendicular to the main and within the limits of the projection of the property lines of the property to be served wherever feasible. The terminus of each service connection pipe shall be equipped with a gate valve or corporation stop and a valve box. (Ord, 383 § 210, 1974).
