§ 13.52.080. Inspection.

A.

An inspection of the well site and surrounding property may be conducted and at any time during construction, reconstruction, repair or destruction of water wells to ensure compliance with the requirements of this chapter. The drilling contractor shall notify the department in advance as specified by the director prior to placement of seals.

B.

The sanitary, surface, and annular seals on a well furnishing potable water for human consumption shall be installed prior to placing the well into service.
