§ 13.52.120. Appeals.

    Any person whose application for a permit or for an approval has been revoked, denied, modified or had additional standards imposed may, within thirty days after the date of such denial or revocation, appeal therefrom in writing, to the board of supervisors. The board shall set a date for hearing said appeal and the director, the appellant, and all affected public water systems shall be notified. This section does not authorize appeals to the board from any action of the director required by state law, regulation, or this chapter.

    B.

    At the hearing of an appeal to the board of supervisors, any interested party may present oral or written evidence. Following the hearing, the board shall render a decision upon the appeal and may sustain, modify, or reverse any action of the director. The decision of the board shall be final.
