§ 17.16.030. Map details.

A map delineating in simple form the proposed layout of streets, lots and other features in relation to existing conditions shall be submitted. Photographs, aerial photos, maps, models or other special information may be submitted to supplement the sketch plan. The map or drawing shall show, at a minimum:

• The subdivision name, if any;

• Scale;

• North arrow;

• Date;

• Perimeter boundary line;

• Unusual features of terrain such as major rock outcrops, tree masses, water courses in and adjacent to the proposed subdivision;

• Existing public utilities;

• Sanitary sewer facilities;

• Main traffic arteries;

• Railroads;

• Existing structures; and

• Other features considered pertinent by the subdivision committee.
