§ 17.16.100. Objections to report of subdivision committee.

  • Any subdivider dissatisfied with the report may request modifications by filing with the planning department within fifteen days of the date of the report, at the time the tentative or vesting tentative map is filed, a written statement setting forth the following:

    A.

    The particular part of the report objected to;

    B.

    A specific statement of what the report should contain;

    C.

    A statement of reasons for the proposed change in the report;

    D.

    Engineering data prepared by a civil engineer if the proposed change involves improvements or an installation.

    The planning commission shall consider preliminary map reports and decide the requested modifications at the time of the planning commission hearing on the tentative or vesting tentative map.
