§ 18.104.020. Approval-Consideration by administrator.

  • Approval of the uses listed as being allowed with a zoning permit in each zoning district shall be made by the zoning administrator and shall be based on consideration that the use will not violate the spirit or intent of this title; be contrary to the public health, safety or general welfare; be hazardous, harmful, noxious, offensive or a nuisance by reason of noise, dust, smoke, odor, glare or other similar factors; or for any other reason cause a substantial adverse effect upon the property values and general desirability of the neighborhood or of the county.
