§ 2.04.030. Duties.

The clerk of the board of supervisors shall perform all duties prescribed by law for the clerk of the board of supervisors or for the county clerk when the county clerk serves as ex officio clerk of the board of supervisors, together with such additional duties as may be from time to time prescribed by the board of supervisors.
