§ 2.42.020. Commission membership and appointment.

The commission shall consist of five commissioners appointed by the board of supervisors. Each member of the board of supervisors shall recommend to the board one Madera County resident for appointment by the board to the commission. Any change of residence by a commissioner after appointment shall not affect the commissioner's ability to serve.
