§ 2.51.010. Established—Board of directors.

Pursuant to Section 33114.5 of the Health and Safety Code of the state, the board of supervisors of the county, as the legislative body, hereby establishes the board of supervisors as the redevelopment agency, as provided in Section 33200 of said Code, and the members of the board shall henceforth be the board of directors of the redevelopment agency.
