§ 5.04.130. Suspension and revocation.

The board of supervisors may suspend or revoke a license for any of the following reasons:
A.

Failure to pay the required licensing fee;

B.

Misrepresentation of any material fact in the application for the business license;

C.

Failure to comply with any mandatory provision of this chapter;

D.

Failure to comply with any law, ordinance, rule or regulation relating to the operation of the particular business;

E.

Conviction of any crime related to the licensee's conduct of his or her business;

F.

Violation of California Health and Safety Code Section 11364.7.
