Chapter 5.05. FARM PRODUCE |
§ 5.05.040. Preparation of pick-up order.
Whoever authorizes a hay loading operation, be it the owner or the buyer of the hay, shall cause a "pick-up order" to be prepared and issued in quadruplicate, as hereinafter provided, containing the following:
1.
The name and address of the owner of the haystack;
2.
The name and address of any buyer or agent ordering conveyance of the hay;
3.
A description of the quantity and type of hay ordered conveyed and of the location of the haystack;
4.
The name and address of the hayloader who loads the hay and a description and license number of his vehicle;
5.
The name and address of the driver who conveys the hay and a description and license number of his truck or other vehicle; and
6.
The date and time of loading and number of bales loaded.
"Pick-up orders" shall be forms approved by the district attorney.
