§ 5.05.050. Issuance of pick-up order.

Before any hayloading operation occurs, one copy of the pick-up order shall be delivered to the person designated to load the hay and two copies thereof shall be transmitted to the driver of the truck or vehicle to be utilized for conveyance of the hay. Additionally, one copy of the pick-up order shall be prepared for the owner and for any buyer or agent authorizing the hayloading operation.

Persons buying baled hay from a hay dealer may in lieu of the pick-up order required by this chapter have and keep either a bill of sale, invoice, or certified weigh master's certificate. All other requirements of this chapter shall apply to the documents used in lieu of pick-up orders.
