§ 5.05.070. Retention of pick-up order.

Persons required to use or possess pick-up orders shall retain a copy of each pick-up order for a period of six months. Peace officers are hereby authorized to conduct inspections of pick-up orders either enroute or at points of departure or destination of transported hay.
