§ 6.04.080. Destruction of unfit animal.

It shall be the duty of the animal control officer, and he is authorized and empowered to immediately destroy any animal lawfully impounded, which is by reason of age, disease or other cause, unfit for further use, or is dangerous to keep impounded.
