§ 6.04.290. Kennel license—Required.

  • Every person owning or operating a kennel or place where four or more dogs are kept for breeding, boarding, training, or other commercial purposes shall obtain a kennel license. The amount of the licensing fee shall be set as provided in Section 6.04.050 of this chapter and shall be paid at the same time and under the same conditions as other fees specified in this chapter. The kennel license shall not be issued unless each dog is vaccinated for rabies as specified in this chapter.
