§ 6.04.340. Right to impose or change conditions of kennel license.

If, at any time, it appears to the animal services department that there are grounds
for the revocation of a kennel license, but that such grounds could be eliminated
by the imposition of conditions, or of additional conditions, or by the amendment
of any existing condition to such license, the animal services department may notify
the licensee in writing that the animal services department intends to impose or amend
such conditions and that the licensee may, within five working days after the receipt
of such notice, request in writing a hearing before the animal services department.
