§ 7.01.010. Purpose.

It is the purpose of this chapter to authorize the prescription of such fees as will pay the reasonable expenses of the department of environmental health incurred for:
A.

Enforcement of health regulations and standards pertaining to the establishments, businesses or activities for which a permit is required; and

B.

Operating environmental health services defined in this chapter for which a permit is not required.
