§ 7.01.140. Fees adopted by resolution and general policies therefor.

A.

The fees for the environmental health services described in this chapter shall be adopted by resolution of the board of supervisors.

B.

Fees shall not exceed the cost, direct and indirect, of performing the public health services.

C.

The adopting resolution shall provide for charges for permits, late fees, and penalties.
