§ 7.16.080. Permit—Contents.

The permit issued by the board of supervisors shall specify the location of the proposed tent camp space or house court, the number and type of structures, the source and quantity of the water supply, the sanitary facilities, garbage and sewage disposal, and such other things as the board shall deem necessary. The permit shall be on a form provided by the board of supervisors. It shall be signed by the permittee and by the chairman of the board. It shall be in duplicate; one copy shall be delivered to the permittee and the other filed with the clerk of said board.
