§ 7.20.025. Abatement costs.

The owner of the parcel upon which a nuisance is found to exist and/or the person(s) responsible for the nuisance, shall be liable for all direct costs of abatement, reasonable administrative costs as determined by the board and civil penalties as imposed in accordance with Madera County Code Section 1.12.080 and this chapter. In no event shall the civil penalty assessed be less than five hundred dollars for each violation.
