§ 9.12.130. Appeal.

Any refusal by the sheriff to issue a permit, refusal to renew an existing permit, or revocation of an existing permit is appealable to the board of supervisors. The appeal must be filed with the clerk of the board of supervisors within fifteen calendar days following service of the sheriff's written decision, after which time the decision of the sheriff becomes final.
