§ 9.12.160. Application of chapter to preexisting massage therapists.

The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all persons, establishments, and enterprises described herein whether the described activities enterprises were established before or after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, except that massage establishments legally performing massage prior to the effective date hereof shall have one hundred eighty days to comply with the terms hereof.
