§ 9.28.060. Placement of distinguishing number.

Upon the pollution inspection, when the boat has been approved by the authorized officer as to condition, safety of construction, seaworthiness and equipment, and is found not to be a pollution hazard, the distinguishing number shall be placed upon the hull and on the starboard side ten inches aft of the state registration sticker.
