§ 9.28.150. Skiing or aquaplaning—Hours restricted.

No person shall operate a vessel on any boating area towing a person or persons on water skis, or aquaplane or similar device nor shall any person engage in water skiing, aquaplaning, or other similar activity at any time between the hours of sunset or eight p.m., whichever occurs earlier, and eight a.m. of the following day.
