§ 9.28.160. Boat operation, skiing or aquaplaning restricted near spawning area.

It is unlawful for any person to operate or use a boat or aquaplane at a speed in excess of five miles per hour, or for any person to ski or aquaplane within one hundred feet of the boundaries or limits of any fish spawning area marked or designated under the authority of the Fish and Game Commission of the state of California or of the National Forest Service of the United States.
