§ 9.28.200. Swimming beyond the five mile per hour speed zone.

  • Swimming beyond the five mile per hour speed zone on Bass Lake is prohibited except between the hours of sunrise and eight a.m., and the swimmer must then be accompanied by a boat, paddle board or similar device which shall remain within twenty-five feet of the swimmer at all times.
