§ 9.28.230. Boat operation in fishing area.

It is unlawful for any person to operate or use a boat or aquaplane at a speed in excess of five miles per hour in any area designated as a fishing area by the Fish and Game Commission or its authorized representatives, the National Forest Service of the United States, the Army Corps of Engineers, or the county.
