§ 9.28.260. Polluting waters prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to pollute or cause pollution of the waters of any boating area in the county. If any act of pollution is committed from a boat or through the use of such boat, such act shall constitute immediate forfeiture of the pollution control permit and the sheriff is authorized and directed to forthwith require the removal of such boat from the boating area.
