§ 9.36.020. Sale or use of fireworks prohibited east of Madera Canal.

Except as hereinafter provided in this chapter or as permitted in Chapter 5.16 (Outdoor Festivals), it shall be unlawful for any person to offer for sale, expose for sale, sell at retail or use or discharge any fireworks in the unincorporated area of Madera County east of the Madera Canal.
