§ 9.36.030. Permit—Issuance authority.

The fire chief shall have the authority to issue permits for the storage and sale of such fireworks in the unincorporated area of Madera County west of the Madera Canal under the supervision of persons to be named in such permit on satisfactory proof that such storage, or sale is to be supervised in such a way as to prevent undue danger to life and property.
