§ 9.36.070. Adoption of Uniform Fire Code, "Fireworks and Pyrotechnical Special Effects Material."

Article 78 of the 2001 or current Uniform Fire Code, entitled "Fireworks and Pyrotechnical Special Effects Material" is incorporated by reference and, except as otherwise provided herein, shall govern manufacture, sales, storage, use and disposal of fireworks. The term "fireworks" shall mean fireworks as defined in the 2001 or current Uniform Fire Code.
