§ 9.85.060. Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and if such violator is a juvenile, he or she shall be dealt with in accordance with the appropriate sections of the California Welfare and Institutions Code and with juvenile court law and procedure.
