§ 9.76.060. Removal of noncomplying attachment.

In addition to any other remedy provided by law, the board of supervisors may, whenever it has knowledge of the use of any device or attachment not operated or maintained in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, order the removal of such device or attachment or such line termination to which such device or attachment is connected.
