§ 9.57.050. Exemption for nonprofit organization fundraisers.

The provisions of Chapter 9.57 shall not apply to any games of chance which are conducted in conformity with the requirements for fundraisers by nonprofit organizations which are set forth in Business and Professions Code Division 8 Chapter 5 Article 17 (commencing at Section 19985), or any successor legislation.
