§ 17.16.070. Hearing on preliminary map.

A.

The planning department shall set the preliminary map for a hearing by the subdivision committee at its next regular meeting, or within thirty days of the submission of said map, whichever shall occur last, or within thirty days after the board's decision.

B.

The subdivider shall be given ten days written notice of the time and place of the subdivision committee consultation meeting.

C.

The subdivider shall be given an opportunity to present the subdivision proposal and any other data before the committee.
