§ 9.28.030. Permit—Application—Contents.

Latest version.

The application for a pollution control permit for special use areas shall be upon a form prescribed and furnished by the sheriff and shall set forth thereon the following information:
A.

The name of the owner of the boat;

B.

The post office address of the owner;

C.

The residence of the owner;

D.

Any other information pertaining to the boat and the owner as may be required by the sheriff.
