§ 9.36.040. Permit—Fee.

The fire chief shall collect a fee for storage and sale of fireworks. The permit fee for storing such fireworks shall be one hundred dollars per year. The permit fee for selling such fireworks shall be one hundred dollars and shall be only for the period beginning June 15th and ending on July 10th of each year. No such fee may be waived.
