§ 9.28.050. Permit—Power boat restriction.

No pollution control permit shall be issued for the operation and use of any power boat which is designed and built for the operator only, or any power boat which has less than eight inches free board unless said boat is equipped with a device which, in the event the operator is dislodged from said boat, will render the boat inoperative or idle it so that the speed of said boat will not exceed five miles per hour.
